Drinking pasturized mllk will not help you to develop strong bones or increase your calcium intake. Your body is not able to absorb the calcium in pasturized milk since the enzymes which allow you to do so have been denatured. Drinking raw milk does help you to develop strong bones though. Find a local farm in order to obtain raw milk.
